Lonely Travelers

Two lonely souls
Drifting down distinct paths
Until they the roads crossed
And the two souls crashed

Seeing the other wounded
Injured from similar accidents
The souls decided to travel together
Down the path, they chose

Along the way, they built a shelter
It furnished them a place to store
All the love they’d collected along with the way
A place for the lonesome to call their own

Like anything else the homemade of love
Would need a few repairs
Some tidying up here and there
As long as we’re together there is no need for despair

Two solitary souls
Traveling down separate roads
Found each other
And grew love in a hopeless place
